Women of the World Network® Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Women of the World Network®—a vibrant, multicultural community created to uplift, empower, and connect women from diverse backgrounds through entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal growth.
At the heart of our community lies a deep respect for multiculturalism, which we see as one of a woman’s greatest assets. Our vision is to unite and support women from different cultures and countries in both their personal and professional journeys, while honoring the uniqueness each of us brings.
This community is a sacred space for connection, empowerment, learning, and collaboration. In order to maintain the high vibration and safety of this space, we have developed a clear code of conduct that all members, collaborators, and team members are expected to follow.
Code of Conduct & Community Values
1. Assume Good Intentions We are a globally diverse community. Cultural norms, communication styles, and expressions may vary widely. Please approach every interaction with openness, patience, and curiosity. Assume positive intent and seek clarity before making judgments. If conflicts arise, we ask all members to practice respectful dialogue. We reserve the right to revoke access to the community should any behavior threaten the peace, safety, or collective growth of our members.
2. Bring a Positive Attitude Show up with warmth, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented mindset—whether online or in person. Positivity is contagious and essential to building trust and momentum.
3. Engage with Respect Be intentional about making every interaction—whether with a fellow member, partner, or client—kind, professional, and courteous. We value uplifting and constructive dialogue.
4. Pursue Positive Outcomes Challenges happen. We expect members to resolve them respectfully, directly, and in a timely manner while preserving the dignity of all involved.
5. Honor Your Word If you commit to something—follow through. If a deadline or promise cannot be kept, communicate promptly to renegotiate and maintain trust.
6. Communicate with Care Be mindful of accuracy in both written and verbal communication. Double-check your words before hitting send. Clarity and respect should always guide your message.
7. Maintain an Attitude of Service We are here to serve, support, and uplift. Let that spirit of service infuse everything you do—whether helping a fellow member or engaging with your own clients.
8. Acknowledge & Appreciate Celebrate others. Acknowledge their efforts, integrity, and accomplishments. Express gratitude often—it uplifts the community and deepens connection.
9. Be an Advocate Champion women’s entrepreneurship, cultural diversity, and conscious leadership. Be a voice for WOTWN and the transformational work we do together.
10. Innovate Boldly We grow through shared ideas. Speak up with your insights and creative suggestions. Your contributions are welcome and valued.
11. Cultivate Community We’re more than a network—we’re a sisterhood. Be intentional about building relationships, inviting others in, and expanding the spirit of connection.
12. Embrace Diversity & Inclusion Our community thrives on inclusivity. Ensure that your words and actions reflect respect for all cultures, languages, beliefs, and identities. No member should ever feel left out.
13. Act with Integrity We lead by example. Do what you say you will do, act honestly, and operate ethically—even when it’s difficult or when no one is watching. Lack of integrity is grounds for removal from the community.
14. Lead with Empathy Business is personal here. Members may be navigating sensitive growth journeys. Practice active listening, compassion, and emotional intelligence in your interactions.
15. Value Yourself & Others Recognize the brilliance you bring to this community. Honor the contributions of fellow members and appreciate the shared mission we’re all advancing.
