My Story 


I have seen changes in my body, my attitude, my vitality, and my presence ever since I started my dancing and feminine practices while at the same time building a life and a business.

My granddaughter was about to be born, my youngest daughter was in high school, and I was building Women of the World Network community full time.

I found my answers in embodiment practices, answers to becoming a better person and continue ascending into a better mom, grandmother, sister, daughter, and business owner I aspire to become.
