Elle’s earlier experience includes building a successful international career in leadership where she led the team on the oil and gas $3.2 billion crude oil system CPC project, as well as her marketing projects for software companies where she helped build brand equity and positioning to prepare for successful acquisition.
Today, she is an accomplished author, speaker, and founder of a community of global women entrepreneurs representing 23 countries. With her goal of impacting 50,000 women in the next 5 years she guides women entrepreneurs toward holistic abundance by blending business strategy with the transformative power of dance.…

- I am a Reflector (1% of population on Human Design type) and as such I can mirror you and truly reflect the truth back to you
- I am a full Bronze level dancer and this program includes my own dancing techniques to help women use personal power and authenticity to move themselves forward.
- I grew up in developing country with a closed mindset, I overcame my own limiting beliefs, changed my own mindset, and manifested and reached my life goals
- I am a vision keeper for women and passionate about promoting abundance for women in all aspects of their life
